The Perfect Beach Getaway with Cash Flow Potential
The goal was to find an ideal Short-Term Rental (STR) that could serve as my client’s personal paradise but also generate passive income when they were away. I remained committed to the search working diligently alongside my clients for 2 years until they found the perfect place at the perfect time. We previewed quite a few single-family homes but ultimately landed on a condo in Oak Island that had wonderful amenities and a stunning view. I helped them learn the ropes to manage their own rental and how to get started so that they could be off to the races!

The goal was to sell my client’s home for the most money possible, as smoothly as possible, considering it was a 1900s Wilmington bungalow that needed some work.
